Do you want to be healthier, happier, have
more energy and enjoy your free time little more? Would you like to be more
productive and focused at work and at home?
The “It’s Your Move” program meets for one-hour each week for 8-weeks.
These coaching and movement classes are a fun and interactive way to find work/life
balance and get fit. The program will give you access to an Enliven Wellness
Coach who will listen to the needs of the participants, give them a variety of
tools and help them navigate through the issues to find solutions that work for
them. Every other week, you will experience an empowering movement classes that
will introduce you to a variety of exercise such as, Yoga, Pilates, strength
training, Tai-chi, dance and walking circuits.
Our program coordinator will match your site up with the right movement
classes to fit your groups’ needs.
Through energizing fitness classes, group coaching, motivation and
support you will learn that you are not alone, we will be there to support you
through your journey to find balance.
